In vivo CTL assays with CFSE

Dear All,

We've done these using peptide loaded splenocytes, and using  
transfected EL4 cells (EG7.OVA). We're wondering is it possible to do  
the assay with peptide-loaded EL4 cells (we want to assay CTLs against	
a different epitope and the size of the EL4s helps distinguish them,  
we want to use a FITC antibody for IC cytokine staining on the same  
splenocytes ex vivo)? Can't find any publications doing this, but I  
can't think of a reason why it wouldn't work?
