Dear all!

We are considering conjugating a monoclonal Ab to Alexa Fluor 647, 660
or 680 to be used by flow cytometry.

Would you be able to tell me which one has the largest Strokes Shifts
and would be the brightest to be use by flow cytometry, please? Also,
which one would be excited better with a 633 nm He/Ne laser?

We are planing doing a multicolour experiment using the following
flourochromes: FITC, PE, PE-Texas Red plus one of the above mentioned
Alexa Fluor.

Also, do you know which filter would I need to detect the Alexa
Fluorochorme you would recommend for our experiments on a BD FacsVantage?

Thanks a lot for your comments!

Virginia
