FACS Quanta SC

Hi All,
We recently bought a FACS Quanta SC mechine. If you have this mechine
please let me know, I am having difficulties getting the cells on the
scatter plot. The cells are close to the bottom of the plot. I try
changing SS and EV, but nothing comes up. I see cells under the
microscope. We are still learing this mechine. I operate BD FACS Aria,
and BD FACS Canto, I don't have any problem like this. I really
appreciate if you can give me any tips. Thanks.
