Dear Alamelu,

For instance, QuantiFERON made by Cellestis (www.cellestis.com)
measures IFN-g as soon as after overnight incubation in the method
approved by the FDA (www.fda.gov/cdrh/pdf/P010033b.pdf) and other
regulators. You will get a lot of information by searching
"tuberculosis+interferon" or else.

Regards.

Subject: ELISA for cytokines

Dear Flowers,

This is a flow unrelated question. But I am sure the flow community
will be readily forthcoming with their responses, as always.

What is the optimal time for measuring the following cytokines, in
human PBMC culture supernatants, stimulated with mycobacterial antigens
by ELISA?

1. IFN-g

2. IL-4

3. IL-10

4.TGF-b

Thanking you in advance,

Alamelu Raja,
