Don't know about the Canto, but on the Aria, we need to use a 2.0 neutral dessity filtre to get some cells on scale.

Hi all,

Has anyone ever tried to acquire HeLa cells on the Canto I?  If so, what was your FSC voltage.  We can’t seem to get all of our cells on the plot.
