Hi all There is also a new web site http://wiki.clinicalflow.com It is in :"wiki" format, so the flow community can continue to add to it and share knowledge. The site contains a list of resources (books, standards/consensus guidelines, references), case studies and information about applications such as leukemias/lymphomas. I encourage people not only to use it aa a resource, but to add to the site with your experience and knowledge to make it much more comprehensive.
