[ Dye characteristics? ]

Hi everyone,

I work on flow cytometry chip to detect fluorescence signals of some cells like
Isochrysis galbana, Rhodosorus m. and Synechococcus sp. I use too a fluorescine solution
to characterize my system

	I would like to know the relation between the fluorescence power and the
concentration of a solution.
*	
	Is there a document which make a summary of the different properties of the
cells/pigments (quantum efficiency...) used by flow cytometry ?
