Although it is not flow related I was hoping for some input. I am looking to get Jurkat cells to adhere to a cover slip in order to do some time-lapse live- cell imaging which will involve perfusing the chamber they are in and possibly moving the cells. Does anyone have any experience with a way immobilize by adherence or any other medthod?
