Dear Sean
You may wish to try to CyGEL.
This thermoreversible hydrogel will permit live-cell imaging of non-adherent cells for several hours.
You can find more information at our website if this is of interest.
Best regards

Subject: Adhering non adherents

The discussion of removing adherent cells got me thinking about a
problem I will have to solve in the near future. Although it is not
flow related I was hoping for some input. I am looking to get Jurkat
cells to adhere to a cover slip in order to do some time-lapse live-
cell imaging which will involve perfusing the chamber they are in and
possibly moving the cells. Does anyone have any experience with a way
immobilize by adherence or any other medthod?

Sincerely,
Sean Burke
