Dear Flower and mainly Flower in Clinical labs, I am looking for any information on the diagnostic use of CFSE in the evaluation of lymphocyte proliferation in immunodeficiency patients, how reliable it is, how reproducible, what are your controls, does it work when you have low number of T cells, do you recommend it for this disease, any information will be very helpful.
