I would suggest the lightning link kit from Innova biosciences. The 100ug LL-PE goes for approx 50ug of antibody in approx 50ul. I actually exchange the antibodies into PBS prior to conjugation using a nanosep tube and remove potential clumps afterwards. The conjugates I did with polyclonals about 1 year ago are still working fine. As direct labelled antibodies they are easy to use and you do not have to worry about the off rates or cross reactivity and NSB of secondary antibodies. They also do a 1mg PE kit which would work for half a mg of antibody. You can also get the Lynx kit from AbD serotec. Do you have any advices/experiences concerning the bulk fast conjugation methods for around 1 mg of antibody compared to low quantity conjugation like the Zenon technology.
