Flow Cytometry Technician (UK) Situated in Mill Hill, North West London, NIMR is the largest MRC institute, supporting some 70 research groups and 500 bench scientists. You will be required to assist in the daily operation of the facility including cell sorting, quality assurance, daily calibration and training of personnel using the facility. Experience in flow cytometry, including analysis and cell sorting is desirable but not essential since full training will be given. Basic computing skills are required including the ability to work in both a Macintosh and PC (Windows) environment. The facility houses 12 flow cytometers, including 3 x MoFlos, 1 x FACS Aria II, 2 x Cyans, 1 x FACS Canto II, 1 x LSRII, 3 x FACS Caliburs and 1 x FACScan.
