chromosome sorting

Greetings,

I need to sort human chromosome 10 from Lymphoblastoid cell lines and Rodent-Human
somatic cell hybrids for the purpose of sequencing a region on chromosome 10. The two
homologous chromosomes 10 have been separated in the hybrid cell lines (monochromosomal
cell lines for human 10). I have no experience in this field and would like to know if it
is possible to use the Rodent-Human hybrid lines for sorting or I should use only the
Human cell line. In addition, if anyone is sorting chromosomes regularly, could you send
me the protocols for preparation of the cells for sorting.
