Flow Cytometry Community, The Flow Cytometry Laboratory, part of the UT Austin's Institute for Cellular and Molecular Biology's Microscopy and Imaging Facility is looking for a researcher to manage, train and operate their BD FACSCalibur and BD FACSAria. The Flow Lab is small but growing; expertise is needed to assist users in preparation protocols, troubleshooting techniques and analysis, as well as the daily operation and maintenance of the instrumentation. A preferred candidate will have a Master's Degree with two years of experience in flow cytometey and cell sorting (or similar combination of degree and experience). This is a full-time, annually renewable position with salary negotiable and commensurate with training and experience.
