Nitric Oxide Detection

Flow Group,

Does anyone have a good protocol worked out for Nitric Oxide detection via 
flow?  I have purchased the DAF-2DA reagent, but the procedure that came 
with it is very general and not specific to flow cytometry.  If anyone 
could save me some method development time, I would appreciate it.
