Hi Flowers I've mesured the inside pressure in FACSFlow container, it was aroud 4.4 but at the outside, the pressure is 3.34. It should be the same! Is it necessary to change the piece wich regulate the pressure in the instrument? I cannot regulate the time delay? With this problem, I can't do the acquisition with my FACSCalibur flow cytometry.
