Hi Jackie! The Contrad is recommended to use at 5% by the manufacturer. Sometimes, the Field Engineer that comes to our lab suggest leave the flow cell overnight filled with that detergent and at higher concentration, specially if you have trouble with the FSC, suspecting the flow cell is dirty. It' s important run dH2O the following day, 1 hour for example, to be sure is well cleaned, and prime several times. I hope this help. Have a nice day!
