Dear Seniors and Professors, I am doing my MSc. in immunology, evaluation of microglial cells prolifration is part of my project but i dont know if i should stain my cells with CFSE after harvesting of cells as i am doing primary cell culture (rat) or after first pasage? What about the concenration of CFSE?
