not me, especially if you are going to do it by Flow. Indeed many labs have dispensed with performing TdT by flow because it cannot distinguish between non-specific staining of cytoplasmic elements and bona fide specific staining of this enzyme that is located in the nucleus. Unfortunately our lab is not among them, but that's a different matter....
