Antibody affinity in Immunoassays.

Dear Flowers,

 

Many thanks for all the information that you provide through this
mailing list. I have a question which is not exclusively related to flow
but maybe someone out there can help me. I need some references
discussing the importance of antibody affinity in immunoassays,
including flow cytometric assays. So far I found very little information
on this topic and I thought maybe the flow community can help!
