PML antibody reagent

Hi everyone

This is not really a flow cytometry question but someone might be able
to offer advice. We have just learned the PML antibody reagent from
Dakocytomation is being discontinued with no intended form of
replacement. We were using this reagent to identify cases of APML
(Acute Promyelocytic Leukamia) using an immunofluorescence microscope
technique on cytospin or cell smear preparations (PML as the primary
reagent with Fitc-conjugated sheep anti-mouse as the secondary reagent).
The DakoCytomation reagent was an unconjugated IgG1 monoclonal mouse
antibody, clone PG-M3.	Can anyone recommend an alternative PML antibody
reagent to use with this sort of technique. There seems to be a lot of
polyclonal rabbit but very few monoclonal mouse reagents available.

Many thanks and best wishes to everyone for Xmas and the New Year.
