FACs based system for counting mouse cells

We are interested in counting total leukocytes from such tissue as fat
and skin. These tissues are very difficult to count manually and we are
attempting to try to identify a system similar to Bead Tru-count system
used for counting Hm blood (BD product).

Has anyone adapted this system to mouse leukocytes? 

Does anyone know of a system similar to the hm system for mouse? 

We need total CD45 positive leukocytes.
