Caspase measurement in platelets

Hello everyone,
Has anyone out there done any work related to the measurement of caspase 3 and 7 in platelets?  Also, what would be the parameters 
that I would need to set up using flow cytometry?  Any information would be very helpful.  Thanks, Jim Kurtz
