questions

Dear Sir/madam,
At the UCF (University of Central Florida) we have a FACSAria flow cytometer but we do not have someone to be in charge and know how to use the machine. My question is: how I can compensate the machine for 4 dye if i wanted to do cell analysis only? The manual says, the machine can do it automatically but it does not say how. could you please give me instruction for this.
