quality controls for CD34 enumeration (ISHAGE) on BD FACSCALIBUR

I want to thank to all of you "flowers", who helped me in addressing an
issue I had in the acquisition for CD34+. The advice was really helpful
to me, because my experience in Flow is limited. The settings were not
correct, basically the threshold, now it sounds easy, but as I used to
run my samples and I never worked directly in the design of the
protocol, I needed go to the basis and with so much good advice I was
able to find the solution. Both Controls are running fine after the
correction, settings in threshold: FL1 as primary parameter.
