Dear All

I would like to prepare some fluorochrome conjugated antibodies in large quantities.

The fluorochromes that I would like to use are several, from pacific orange, alexa-430 to the classic FITC, PE, PerCP and other alexa dyes.

I was wondering if after conjugation, the labelled antibodies could be aliquoted and frozen.

Could some of the fluorochrome suffer or loose fluorescence from the freezing process?

Thank you very much for your kind attention.
