To all flow'ers, In behalf of the flow and imaging community of the Pacific Northwest, I am pleased to announce the 2008 NW Regional Cytometry Meeting will be held in Portland on March 13 - 15 in the Old Library at OHSU. The meeting has the tenor of cytomics, and topics have been chosen to reflect developments in tools for a more dynamic, systems approach to cell measurement. Friday, March 14, will be more flow related, Saturday more imaging, HCA related. Generally the program has been designed to encourage more platform crosstalk. The program will be of wide interest given the thrust of automation and importance of sytems cell biology. Plenary speakers include J. Paul Robinson, Peter Krutzik, Dorothy Lewis, Ger van den Engh, Ed Walker, Chris D. Geddes, Alan Waggoner, Bob Murphy, Bob Zucker, James Jacobberger, David Basiji, Mike Samuels, Iain Johnson, Rick Monsma, Dan Rines, and Doug Auld.
