Hi Everyone! Some feedback on these two instruments, the BD FACS Aria and the iCyt Reflection would be appreciated. Our lab is interested in purchasing a cell sorter/analyzer to do infectious cell sorting in a BSL2+ setting. We are aware of the EHS factors that are needed to do the sorting procedures so with that in mind I would like some feedback on the ease of use of these instruments in such a setting, user experience, pros/cons, etc. Any and all comments and suggestions on the instrument and general are also appreciated.
