Dear Flowers,



I am going to sort pDCs from blood and liquor human samples on FACSAria.
Could you advise me about the best lysing solution and the best way to sort
these cells, once I will have to culture them after sort? I mean, do you
think is better to add culture medium in the tube that will receive the
sorted cells?
