anti-CXCR6

Dear All

Has anybody used the anti mouse and human CXCR6 directly conjugated to APC by R&D ?

We have tried both of them, across a wide range of concentrations, however with no results.

In order to test them we repeated some stainings reported in literature.

The anti-mouse antibody was tested on mouse NKT cells and on in vitro generated Th1 cells.

The human antibody was tested on human NKT cells.

In both cases, for NKT it was meant from 5000 to 10000 CD3+ CD56+ cells.

Ok, they are not the exactly "true" NKT cells, but both of them were reported in good ranking journals to express CXCR6 at high levels.

Any help would be warmly welcome
