[ Classify pre- or post-treatment? ]

Hi Everyone,
I would like to run fluids (ex. peritoneal fluids) on the flow after I've
exposed the cell populations to various chemotherapeutics drugs.
My question is:
Is there a protcol that I can use to delineate the cancer cells from the
blood cells prior to drug exposure OR should I just look for the tumor cell
population on the plots versus the granulocytes, lymphocytes etc
populations?
