Dear Colleagues, We have recently upgraded our FACSCalibur form CQ for OS 9 to CQ for OS 10. The purpose is to create a multi user configuration, which allows us login tracking. After a lot of toothing pain with "Ownership and Permission" problems we are now able to open CQ. However some (unfortunately quite many) protocols created under OS 9 do not open any more. When we try to open them, CQ closes with an error message: "CQ Pro has unexpectedly quit" no matter if we work in a common user or administrator account. We could not find any common denominator in these protocols which could be nailed down as cause. So our two questions are: 1. Does anyone have an idea about the reason for these troubles? 2. More important: Does anyone know of a way to get around these unexpected closures? Apart from the two evident solutions: Going back to OS 9 Or rewriting ALL protocols once again.
