I have been searching the web for markers that are expressed in mesencymal stem cells. I want to run flow on some rat bone marrow. I have come across several antibodies, and the ones I am particularly interested in are Stro-1, CD34, CD73(NT5E), and CD105. However, I am having a very difficult time finding these antibodies that have been tested with rats. Has anyone used any of these antibodies or similar antibodies on rats?
