different antibody/dye - difference in the read out?

Hi all,

I am new to flow cytometry. I am staining swine PBL for surface
markers, (fix and stain) i want to know if different antibodies/dyes show
difference in the intensity of fluorescence for the same surface marker. I
am using primary ab directly conjugated to dye. How can i go about this
factor?
