CD45 verses SSC bone marrow differential

Is anyone aware of a reference detailing where all the bone marrow cells
might be found in the CD45/SSC plot? I mean, for example, where the
promyelocytes, myelocytes, metamyelocytes and bands fall?
Pronormoblasts?
