Hi Ray,

I have used Verapamil Hydrochloride (V4629) for side population study on
various cancer cell lines with good inhibition of efflux of dye.

Can anyone tell us which one of the four forms of verapamil that 
Sigma-Aldrich offers (below) we should add to cell cultures, in which we

are using Hoechst 33342 to stain for ploidy/cell cycle, in order to 
stop/lessen the efflux of Hoechst that occurs in some cells.

hydrochloride
hydrochloride hydrate
monohydrochloride monohydrate
and, methoxyverapamil hydrochloride
