Dear (Flowers)

I had a request from a colleague from Dublin about equine cord blood.

Is there anybody out there that could help?

If you can, could you please answer back to Margaret directly?

Thanks a lot in advance

Mara

We process Equine cord blood and whole blood, storing the buffy coat,
which we hope contains stem cells/lymphocytes. The foaling season is now
over and we are trying to run tests on out samples to make sure we have
the target cells in these samples. Can you point me in the right
direction to fine markers we can use for flow cytometry and FACS
analysis? So far the only checks we have carried out are counts and
viability using standard techniques with Trypan blue.
