488/UV laser problems

Hi.  We are having problems with our Enterprise II C laser.  (model
621-BD).  It is on a BD FACS Vantage DiVa.  It has 2319 hours on it and
just in the last week it has started to behave badly.  Normally we
regulate on MLUV at 4mW and in the past, the 488mW's have ranged from
180's at startup to around 250- 290 at the end of a long day.	This
week the laser is maintaining the 4mW MLUV but the 488 mW is going from
382 at start up to around 510 by the end of the day.   Is the laser
about to go completely or is it possible that I have inadvertently
changed some setting on the controls?  The BD service person was just
here (for a different issue) and wasn't sure what to make of it because
the current was not increasing. It has been staying in the 14.8 A range,
which is close to what it has always been. (By the way, all of these
numbers have come from the remote box, no one has actually used a meter
to measure any of these readings.)  Thanks' in advance for any help you
