Dear flowers,
 
We are thinking about acquiring a CyFlow cytometer from Partec - 6 parameter, 4 color - and I have only used BD instruments so far in my cytometry endeavors.  I wonder if any of you could help me with any info you might have on this machine. I heard it might not be as sensitive as BD equivalents. Appreciate any tips.
