hi flowers
has anybody experience in facs-based quantitation of macrophage erythrophagocytosis (see bratosin et al. cytometry 1997). is it a reliable assay? is it difficult to establish and what are the pitfalls? might it be possible to use cfse instead of pkh or is cfse not a suitable dye for erythrocytes?
thanks for your help
