My wife recommends these 2 texts from Springer publishers:

Confocal Microscopy for Biologists
Hibbs, A.R., 2004

Handbook of Biological Confocal Microscopy
Pawley, J. (Ed.), 2006

The first text is very good for those new in the field. The second text is very dry. (her

Subject: Confocal Microscopy - Textbook recommendations

Dear all,

I'm looking for recommendations for textbooks on Confocal microscopy.

All recommendations from introductory through to advanced will be
welcome (eg the confocal equivalents of Alice's "Flow Cytometry:First
Principles" through to Howard's "Practical Flow Cytometry").

Regards,

Adrian
