FoxP3-Is there a Good Ab to the Human Version

Hi Flowers,
I have a question about the FoxP3 antibody. 
I have tried using eBioscience human foxp3 abs without success. We got one of their APC
Anti-Human FoxP3 kits and followed the exact protocol given by them and it still would
not work. I tried the experiments with both whole blood and PBMCs with similar results.
In fact, the expression was even below the Isotype control.
Any suggestions/experience with foxp3. I will greatly appreciate it if anyone can send me
a protocol with which they had success.
