Hi.

I was wondering if anyone has had experience measuring calcineurin levels or
activation status using flow? My goal is to measure whether certain
compounds can reduce total calcineurin or change it's phosphorylation
status. So far, all I've seen for it involves western blotting. Does
anyone here know if it can be done with cytometry?

Thanks in advance,
