[ Multicolor whole blood labelling ]

Dear Flowers,
I want to set up 2 colour (and hopefully more) whole blood  
immunolabelling, and analyse using a BD FacsArray. Any experience  
with this equipment? I'd like  to use PE to label platelet CD42a, and  
either Cy5 or APC to label monocyte CD14.
Any thoughts on this?
