Hello again, I would like to amend my request by mentioning that the formatting options window does not open when the plot is highlighted with block squares at the corners (however, I can apple D to change data files). Also that when I open a new document I can not see the data I want to collect because the plots are in analysis format rather than aquision. I am unable to format any dot plots. Neither the pull-down menu item "format dot plots..." from "Plots" works nor does "Apple F". I have tried reinstalling CellQuestPro with no luck.
