Hi all, We are looking to add an additional PMT and filter set to be able to detect AF700 and similar dyes. Would anyone who has done this let me know where they got the filters from, if anyone other than BD can provide the PMT upgrade, and if they have found the addition to be useful? Is compensation manageable between the neighboring filters (APC, APC-Cy7)? Is the signal from AF700 bright enough to get good separation with the conjugates you have tried? Any insight will be helpful.
