Dear Rich:

We have some satisfactory experience with 200 u nozzle (thanks to Wayne Wright(!), former
BD)

Stability is the major problem... So: 1/ be sure that you have a lot of sheath liquid in
the tank when you are starting; 2/ start setup with slightly higher pressure (10-11 psi)
and go down to 4-6 psi for the sort; 3/ unstability may be related with air in the
nozzle...if you get out air and want to try again...always re-start everything from zero;
4/ keep speed low (less than 1000 events/sec); 5/ sheath liquid going to run out faster,
and when level of liquid in tank goes too low, you may lose stream stability...

Hope, it helps,

Natasha
