It's the Eosinophil guy from the University of Utah again!  Two quick questions:

1.  Has anyone had any success with displaying, or better, analyzing 3 or more parameters/colors at the same time?  The standard dot plot of two parameters/colors is ok, but it seems 3 or 4 would be more powerful.  Getting out there into more than 2 dimensions seems like it might not be worth the trouble.  Any thoughts?

2.  How are you gating for eosinophils?  We currently use "CD16 dim with high side scatter", but I am not personally convinced it is the ideal way to gate these guys.  Anyone doing anything different?  Thanks so much!!
