Hello Flow'ers and imagery people, I have somebody here that is planning to use the following reagent: ImaGene Red C12RG lacZ gene expression kit from Molecular Probes and I was wondering if anyone outhere used that already and more precisely on whole tissues or even in vivo. The data sheet only explains the way to use it on cultured cells... Can it also be done on fixed samples? Any inputs or comments are welcome.
