RNALater

Hi

I have a group that want to sort GFP cells and then extract the RNA.  Does 
anyone know if you can put the cells into RNALater and then sort them out 
of that liquid?  Also does anyone sort straight into RNALater?	RNALater 
denatures proteins but does it denature cytosolic GFP?
