DNA quality

Dear All,
  I am working in KIR receptors. I had problem with DNA quality .The 
DNA was extracted with salting-out method and the DNA quality wasn't 
good for PCR. I ask if I can re purify	the DNA or I should change the 
method.


Any suggestion would be appreciated
